閃光測速儀又叫頻閃觀測儀、閃頻儀、頻閃儀。閃光測速儀是一種非接觸式轉(zhuǎn)速測量儀器，可測量旋轉(zhuǎn)物的轉(zhuǎn)速，周期性震動頻率，也可觀察運轉(zhuǎn)機件的磨損變形，廣泛應(yīng)用于機電設(shè)備的測量，因為它采用不接觸的測量方法，因而不消耗被測物體的動能，所以也是目前機械設(shè)備狀態(tài)檢測較為理想的測量儀器。

其采用了單片機控制驅(qū)動電路和液晶屏顯示，觸發(fā)頻率準確可靠，數(shù)字顯示清晰明亮。主機造型美觀，40顆大功率led照射，閃光亮度高，帶有激光自動同步，可單手操作，使用方便、簡單、舒適。

閃光測速儀操作步驟：

1、測速

(1)在被測物近中心部分作上標記或認定已有的特征標記(宜作非對稱的標記)。

(2)旋轉(zhuǎn)檔位到開機位置，接通電源，顯示屏即顯示閃光測速儀上次保存的測試轉(zhuǎn)速。

(3)若待測物體轉(zhuǎn)速值的大致范圍未知時，先將按鍵開關(guān)置于 檔。細調(diào)旋鈕(帶動十圈電位器)。先順時針轉(zhuǎn)到頭，把閃光對準標記，一邊把細調(diào)旋鈕逆時針微調(diào)，一邊觀察標記，當次出現(xiàn)桅頂?shù)膯蜗髸r，顯示屏顯示的讀數(shù)就是被測物的每分鐘轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。若" "檔不出現(xiàn)單定象時，用類似上述的方法。

(4)若待測物體轉(zhuǎn)速范圍已知時，則可先將測速儀調(diào)整到相應(yīng)的測試轉(zhuǎn)速，然后采用細調(diào)的方法，使用光從高速向低速變化，次出現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定的單象時，顯示屏上的讀數(shù)就是被測物體的每分鐘轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)。

2、動態(tài)觀測

方法同上。在出現(xiàn)個單象時，細調(diào)測試轉(zhuǎn)速，讓閃光頻率與轉(zhuǎn)速略有差異。這樣，圖像就不是靜止而是以慢速轉(zhuǎn)動，圖像的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向和速度受到細調(diào)的控制，視需要而定。
